excellent location and service

excellent location helpful staff good selection complimentary coffee

the location is excellent it is easy to reach many attractions the staff at the front desk was always helpful and available the breakfast offered a very good selection of pastries cheeses and meats i appreciated the availability of complimentary coffee in the lobby throughout the day

the bathroom was a bit small but it was clean and functional it did not significantly detract from my overall positive experience

the staff was very attentive and provided quick responses to any questions or requests i had they were helpful with directions and recommendations making my stay easier and more enjoyable

the hotel is located directly on the canal i found many beautiful walking paths and food options nearby kongens nytorv metro station is a short walk away allowing easy access to the airport

AMAZING location, LOVELY hotel!!!

My double room with the canal view had a GREAT size, and the bathroom featured a fantastic shower. I also appreciated the unexpectedly quiet atmosphere, even though the strip outside was quite busy. Views directly from the room really were worth it.

The staff were very kind and professional. They allowed early check-in. A luggage storage room exists. This allows guests to explore the city even after checkout. The shared lounge provides self-serve coffee and tea.

This hotel is right on the banks of the canals. The hotel sits right in town, and it is walkable to everything. I found it easy to reach attractions and restaurants from this central location.

The room was spacious. The windows opened wide, AMAZING. The windows allowed a nice breeze. It felt wonderful to just sit and watch the beautiful scenery outside.

great location IN nyhavn

great location helpful staff

the location was excellent. it is right in the core of nyhaven, so all the beautiful buildings and restaurants are outside. the staff helped us check in early and called a taxi for us when we left. it was VERY helpful.

the noise from nyhavn at night was unbearable, full outdoor karaoke until 2am. when i called the front desk to ask what it was, they told me it was normal and that i should be happy because it's usually louder.

great stay in a perfect location

large pillows excellent service

the beds were very comfortable with large pillows. it helped me have a restful night. the staff was good and very helpful for out of town visitors. excellent service!

The noise from the street was pretty high. Full outdoor karaoke continued until late. i called the front desk to ask about it, but they mentioned it was normal. they added that i should be happy because it is usually louder.

EXCELLENT stay in a prime location

prime location helpful staff complimentary drink quick access

I found the location AMAZING. The staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. The hotel also offered complimentary tea and coffee in a charming lobby. This was available at all times. I also had quick access to main attractions. This saved me time and effort.

The rooms were a bit small. It was manageable, but a little more space would be welcome.
